Classification of CPL

The classification of CPL is: 0.15mm ultra soft roll, 0.15mm, 0.3mm roll.

The 0.15mm ultra soft roll shape can achieve 1mm coverage of arc R angle, the 0.15mm roll shape can achieve 3mm coverage of arc R angle, and the 0.3mm roll shape can achieve customized length and arbitrary cutting.

Product characteristics

1. Flexibility - Thermosetting resins solidify more uniformly and consistently, allowing CPL users to achieve a bending angle of R=1mm during post molding operations;

2. Infinite extension - from rolled raw materials to rolled or sheet finished products, with a width of 1220mm and an infinite length extension, the loss of raw materials and products is very low;

The formaldehyde emission test result of CPL material with environmental performance is 0.5 ℓ/L, which is far superior to the national E1 level detection standard of ≤ 1.5 ℓ/L, far exceeding the national standard
