Pure color UV board process as below :
First ：Choose nice substrate MDF board or particle board or plywood board or OSB board
Second ：Hot press the melamine paper onto both side substrate board
Third ：Sandy the melamine board
Forth : Clean the melamine board
Fifth : 3 times bottom primer coating
Sixth :polished the board surface
Seventh : Surface coating
Eighth: UV coating
