High gloss Anti scratch Anti yellowing  high hardness wood grain UV board 

It is a premium decorative panel, usually made from an MDF or particle  base, coated with a UV-curable lacquer to mimic natural wood textures.

It offers a super high gloss (mirror-like reflection) that enhances the depth and vibrancy of the wood 

grain.

Anti-Yellowing Formula: Utilizes an aliphatic polyurethane acrylate system and UV absorbers to resist 

oxidation, keeping the panel crystal-clear and non-yellowish over time.

Durability: The cured UV coating creates a hard, dense surface that is highly resistant to scratches, 

stains, moisture, and daily wear.

First ：Choose nice substrate board

Second ：Hot press the melamine paper onto both side substrate board

Third ：Sandy the melamine board

Forth : Clean the melamine board

Fifth : 4 times bottom primer coating

Sixth :polished the board surface

Seventh : Surface UV coating

Eighth: transfer to warehouse
