EB Metal  Film is a premium decorative surfacing material that uses Electron Beam (EB) curing 

technology to create a super matte,metallic visual effect.

What is Super matte soft touch metallic EB petg film   ?

It is an environmental friendly material ,raw material is GAAG. The raw material is transpsrent color petg, as below :

The raw material comes out from extruded production line . The color master batch comes from AVIENT. 

When exteuded the color master bacth will mix the second and third layers.

After the film extruded from the extrusion equipment machine then do EB coating onto the film,the finished products are called EB film ,the EB base film which is four layers Co extruded.

What is EB curing ? 

EB is short for electron beam curing. Electron acceleration produces a beam of high- energy electrons approximately equal to the beam of light-energy material, using a fast emitter to be processed the surface,forms a functional coating onto the polymer film , they are EB film .

The advantages of the SINAI: Firstly, environmental protection, and SINAI performance advantages: weather resistance, sunlight resistance, yellowing resistance, stain resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, scratch resistance, high hardness, oil and chemical resistance.
