PUR Lamination Process: The Critical Bonding Technology for EB Panel
We use a high-precision PUR lamination line to firmly bond the EB cured functional film to the substrate, a core process in manufacturing high-end decorative panels:
1. Green & Versatile Bonding: Making use of PUR hot-melt adhesive - a solvent-free and low-VOC product - after curing, it creates a strong adhesive bond. Besides being safe and environmentally friendly, it also enhances the panel's heat & moisture resistance.
2. Uniform & Gapless Application: The machinery features a single roller, which exerts the same pressure over the entire working area, thereby completely removing any bubbles, wrinkles, or delamination. This ensures both flatness and texture consistency even for very large panels (e.g., 7×9ft).
3. Quality Upgrading: The consistent bonding procedure makes it possible for the features of the EB coating - wear resistance, stain resistance, and antibacterial capability - to be fully utilized, thus providing prolonged protection and enhancing the product's attractiveness.

Zhihua Company owns a lot of world-advanced equipment. Usually, if customers choose ZHIHUA gloss MDF colors, the goods can be delivered in 10 days. However, if customers have their own colors or designs, the production time is about 20 working days.
