What is excimer technology?
The excimer process involves applying several layers of paint coating on top of the melamine paper
board. This process uses special equipment for paint spraying, injecting liquid nitrogen instantly during
the spraying process to change the molecular arrangement order of the paint, and then subjecting it
to high-intensity ultraviolet radiation to increase the strength of the paint. This process is characterized
by its texture, fingerprint resistance, and wear resistance.
Excimer technology board also called super matte board .Doing one piece excimer technology board
should be met three condition at the same time : 1, the coating material; 2, the excimer lamp; 3,during
doing the coating material onto the board should use nitrogen.
The board produced by the factory that meets these three conditions is called the excimer process
board. And its another name called super matte board with soft touch. the feeling like touch skin .
