What is EB?
EB is short for electron beam curing. Electron acceleration produces a beam of high- energy electrons approximately equal to the beam of light-energy material, using a fast emitter to be processed the surface, forms a functional coating onto the film.

Highly cToncentrated, high utilization rate, 5 milliseconds curing completion, no color blocking,
complete reaction, no small molecule residue, precise and controllable curing depth, no thermal
effect, no VOC pollution, no solvents used, no photoinitiators required. it means complete reaction
without residual substances, which is environmentally friendly enough.

The advantages of the SINAI: Firstly, environmental protection, and SINAI performance advantages: weather resistance, sunlight resistance, yellowing resistance, stain resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, scratch resistance, high hardness, oil and chemical resistance.
What is the difference between ZHIHUA DAEI EB GAAG products and other factories petg films .
Our EB products have three differences compared to general decorative films on the market:
(1) . Different raw materials( our film material comprise is PETG + APET + APET + PETG,100% virgin material, and we use the color master batch comes from AVIENT. Other factory use recycle material or not 100% virgin material ,material comprise is PETG + APET + APET.
(2):Different production processes, we use EB coating , other factory use UV coating process their films. UV cannot cure 100%, leaving residues and releasing harmful substances again.
(3). Different overall performance. In terms of materials, we use 100% virgin imported environmentally friendly polymer materials , and the production process is EB coating process, with a curing rate of up to 99.9% and the most outstanding resistance to yellowing. In terms of performance, it excels in four aspects: weather resistance, sun resistance, yellowing resistance, stain resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, scratch resistance, high hardness, oil and chemical resistance. Secondly, it anti fingerprints, and prevent mold and bacteria.
What is the difference between EB coating and UV coating ?
The difference between EB and UV coating in the reaction of light source energy. EB is hundreds of thousands of times more reactive than UV energy, so the surface process is more advanced and environmentally friendly. EB curing can achieve deep curing, with faster and complete curing speed, and no need to add photoinitiators in the cured material, ensuring high safety. UV light curing has the disadvantages of poor penetration and incomplete curing, and its curing material requires the addition of photoinitiators, which can easily lead to incomplete reaction and residue, posing a hazard in children's products, food and other fields.
