1 : What is EB film and EB sheet ?
It is an environmental friendly material ,raw material is GAAG. The raw material comes out from extruded production line . The color master batch comes from AVIENT. After the film extruded from the extrustion equipment machine then do EB coating onto the film,the finished products are called EB film and EB sheet
What is EB curing ?
EB is short for electron beam curing. Electron acceleration produces a beam of high- energy electrons approximately equal to the beam of light-energy material, using a fast emitter to be processed the surface,forms a functional coating onto the polymer film/sheet , they are EB film and EB sheet.
