What is excimer technology?
The excimer technology entails the lamination of melamine paper and painting it with a coat of paint. This technique requires paint spraying machines, the immediate introduction of liquid nitrogen in the spraying process to alter the molecular ordering of paint, and then subjecting it to the powerful UV radiation, effectively enhancing the paint strength. This technology is known for its tactile effect, fingerprint resistance, and durability.
The board treated by excimer technology is also referred to as super matte board. Producing a one-sheet excimer technology board should satisfy three main conditions simultaneously: 1, the coating material; 2, the excimer lamp; 3, when applying the coating material on the board, nitrogen should be used.
The factory that makes this type of board under the three conditions is called the excimer process board. It's also known as super matte board with soft touch, a skin-like feeling to touch.
However, most factories can only produce a kind of boards that meet one or two of these conditions. If it happens to satisfy the three conditions simultaneously, the cost will be very high. Our factory has this equipment and is capable of fulfilling these three conditions at the same time. Only when these three conditions are fulfilled simultaneously can the excimer panel really have these advantages.
